Water Policy Review

WT was retained by the Township of Tiny to complete a review of their water supply by-law and their water system economics. The report resulted in the amendment of the by-law add metering, backflow prevention and requirements for new connections. The key aspects to the report were addressing the cost recovery, rate structure and key issues related to water supply policy in the Township.
