Long Sault and Ingleside Master Servicing Plan

WT was retained through a competitive RFP process to complete the Master Servicing Study for the communities of Long Sault and Ingleside in the Township of South Stormont. The project included the development of storm and sanitary hydraulic models, updates to the existing water model and evaluation of the existing system bottlenecks. Additionally, we evaluated transportation planning in the communities to identify existing issues and develop a strategy for addressing future growth. Once the bottlenecks in the existing system were identified, we integrated known and planned developments including the ultimate build-out of the settlement area. This was integrated into Public Information Centres to consult with residents, developers, agencies, indigenous groups and other stakeholders to comply with the requirements of the Class EA. The final deliverables included a 10 year capital plan to address recommended system upgrades and policy changes.
